For Nigerian engineer Derick Nwasor, that reality hit home during a hospital experience. He watched power cuts and oxygen shortages put patient care on hold. Nigeria has over 40,000 hospitals and most face 8-10 hours of daily power cuts. The backup? Expensive diesel, oxygen delivery trucks, and reliance on third-party plants.
Derick decide to build a different solution: “just add water”💦
It’s a machine that literally makes electricity and oxygen from water. No diesel⛽️. No delivery trucks🚚. No waiting on outside oxygen plants🏭. Just water in, power and life-saving oxygen out.
