In a dramatic turn of events in Niger-Delta politics, Siminalayi Fubara, Governor of Rivers State, has officially defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The announcement came today, Tuesday, December 9, at a stakeholders’ meeting held at the Government House in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
