Tragic London Sword Attack Claims Life Of 14-Year-Old Daniel Anjorin

UK authorities have identified Daniel Anjorin as the victim of a fatal sword attack in London. Anjorin, a 14-year-old British-Nigerian student, was on his way to Bancroft’s private school when he was brutally assaulted by a man wielding a sword reminiscent of a Samurai weapon.

The perpetrator, a 36-year-old man previously unknown to police, was apprehended after being subdued with a Taser. Despite efforts by law enforcement to neutralize the assailant, Anjorin succumbed to his injuries. The incident, while tragic, is not believed to be linked to terrorism.

Anjorin’s school, Bancroft’s, expressed profound grief over the loss of a promising student known for his dedication to academics and gentle demeanor. This heartbreaking event adds to the recent tragedies faced by the institution, underscoring the need for greater vigilance and support in the face of rising violence in the UK.
