London boxer Sherif Lawal collapse and dies.
The 29-year-old collapsed in the fourth round of a middleweight bout at Harrow Leisure Centre, knocked down by Portuguese opponent Malam Varela.
Paramedics provided immediate treatment at the scene before Lawal was transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The British Boxing Board of Control and Warren Boxing Management extended their condolences to Lawal’s family, friends, and the boxing community during this difficult time.
