Meet Bolaji Agbede, a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in Human Resources management, customer relations, and banking operations. Throughout her career, she’s excelled in various roles, from Relationship Manager to Chief Executive Officer of JKG Limited, a business consulting firm.
Bolaji’s journey began at Guaranty Trust Bank, where she quickly climbed the ranks, starting as an Executive Trainee in 1992 and reaching the position of Manager by 2001. In 2003, she joined Access Bank as an Assistant General Manager, overseeing the bank’s chemical trading portfolio.
Since 2010, Bolaji has been the Head of HR for the Access Bank Group, guiding the development of its human capital. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Cranfield University. Bolaji is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management UK and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
When she’s not leading HR initiatives, Bolaji invests in her professional development through programs like the High-Performance Leadership Programme at IMD and the Strategic Talent Management Programme at the London Business School.
