Burundi Varsity Pro-Chancellor Donates 100million To Mission School In Anambra

Sir Paul Chukwuma, the Pro-Chancellor of Olivia University in Burundi, recently made a generous donation of 100 million naira to Holy Ghost Juniorate in Ihiala, Anambra State. His contribution aims to facilitate the construction of modern classrooms for the students.

During the 70th Anniversary celebration and Inter-house sports competition held on Friday, March 8, 2024, at the school, Sir Chukwuma, who himself graduated from the seminary in 1989, also supported all former rectors of the institution with one million naira each. This gesture was a token of appreciation for their role in shaping morally and academically upright students.

Reflecting on his own experience at the Seminary, Sir Chukwuma emphasized the profound impact the institution had on his personal and professional development. He credited the school for instilling in him values such as discipline, determination, and faith in God, which have been integral to his success.

Encouraging the current students, he urged them to stay focused, cultivate self-discipline, and maintain faith in God, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and delayed gratification in achieving their goals.
