Taylor Swift’s UK Leg Of The Megastar Eras Tour Starts Tonight In Edinburgh
Taylor Swift is set to perform 15 shows across the UK in the summer of 2024. Her tour will include stops in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, and London.
In Edinburgh, she will take the stage at Murrayfield Stadium for three consecutive nights from June 7 to 9. Following that, she will perform at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium, also for three nights, from June 13 to 15.
Cardiff will host Taylor for the first time ever on June 18, with a one-night performance at the Principality Stadium.
Taylor’s UK tour will conclude with eight shows at Wembley Stadium in London. She will initially perform there for three nights from June 21 to 23 and will return for five additional shows from August 15 to 20.
Success of the Eras Tour
The Eras Tour has achieved unprecedented success, becoming the highest-grossing tour in music history with projected earnings of £1.5 billion. This figure excludes revenue from the 2023 Eras Tour film and merchandise sales at the concerts.
The tour has sold approximately 11 million tickets for 152 shows in 22 countries. It has also significantly boosted local economies, as fans spend on food, accommodations, and other expenses while attending the concerts.
