NYSC Policy Change Puts HND Graduates’ Participation at Risk
A recent policy change by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has left many Higher National Diploma (HND) graduates in a state of uncertainty. The new rule requires HND graduates to provide evidence of completing their one-year mandatory Industrial Training (IT) certification before being registered for national service.
This policy shift has sparked concern among HND graduates who were mobilized for Batch B stream II without having completed their IT certification. Without a valid IT certificate, they risk being excluded from participating in the national service.
