Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, managing assets worth $2.1 trillion, has introduced ‘Debrief,’ a generative AI assistant, to enhance their client meetings. Debrief assists by taking notes, summarizing meetings, and drafting initial communications.

Morgan Stanley is OpenAI’s sole strategic partner in wealth management. According to one advisor:

“It’s saving me about half an hour per meeting just by handling all the notetaking. This has really freed up my time to concentrate on making decisions during client meetings. It’s been a total game-changer.”

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s adoption of the generative AI assistant ‘Debrief’ is proving to be a transformative step in the financial sector.
