In a remarkable celebration of education, perseverance and family legacy, five sisters — Nguemo Uja, Wanter Uja, Nguter Uja, Nguuma Uja and Ushakuma Uja — have all pursued careers in law, creating an inspiring professional legacy for their family.
The sisters embarked on their legal journeys at different times, with each following the path toward becoming a legal professional. Their remarkable story reached another milestone when the youngest, Ushakuma Uja, became the final sister to be called to the Nigerian Bar.
