Nigerian youth international Moses Simon says he is excited by his move to KAA Gent and
wants to achieve success with the Belgian club.
Simon, 19, has joined Gent on a three-year deal from Slovakian side AS Trencin for an undisclosed fee. The winger was previously linked with a move to Tottenham and Liverpool.
He admits he has already been impressed with what he has seen from the East Flanders outfit. Simon says “It’s just a very professional set-up, ideal for a young player to progress in Europe”
“I’m very happy to be in KAA Gent because the club are on way up and I want to be a part of it.
Simon who scored 17 goals in 38 appearances for AS Trencin has been called up by the Nigeria
under-20 team for the 2015 African Youth Championship in Senegal.
